• Led EHS integration team, Initiated multi-year EHS integration plans and executed it for newly acquired sites into organization. Total recordable incident rate reduced from 0.56 to 0.10 within 2 years.
• Led EHS leadership and culture change program for the whole region, e.g., front-line supervisor leadership workshops, manager EHS certificate program.

• Functional leader for the EHS&S community in the region across various sites and cultures, in order to deliver a sustainable improvement step in SHE performance. Total recordable incident rate reduced from 0.32 to 0.11.
• Set up EHS community in China from scratch; organized internal audits and support sites on external audits, e.g., SMETA.

• Kept abreast of new EHS developments through attending courses and maintaining contact with other EHS professionals and regulatory agencies, e.g., CEFIC expert group.

• Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and tracking the implementation of EHS program to reach the goal of injury free. (5 sites) Led the team and won global EHS Recognition Award 2015.
