■ Advance Diploma in Industrial engineering & Management, Bachelor of Art (Myanmar) and 20 years of progressive experience in delivering Project Manager in Projects & Facilities Management with organizations such as Wah Loon, Hitachi Group, Hyundai, Takenaka Corporation ,Tyco Fire Security & Services, Powerlite and Power Partners Group.

■ Project Management of high-performing, multi-cultural and cross-functional teams in the delivery of multiple concurrent projects and proven strong experience in Construction operation & maintenance, installation, testing & commissioning.

■ Advanced knowledge of engineering codes, standards practices & procedures, system design works from concept stage to project completion for M&E systems such as Electrical System, Fire Alarm & Protection system, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Security systems.

■ Strong knowledge in financial & procurement management, contract management, evaluation, preparation of costing & quotations, sourcing for quality of goods & services, assess supplier performance, total cost of ownership (TCO) etc.,

■ Capable of translating technical ideas into actionable outcomes with excellent presentation, verbal & written communication skill, planning & scheduling, ability in engaging with clients, consultants, vendors, stakeholders across all levels to bring about commercial and business growth as well as achieving organizational KPIs.

■ Manage of identify and resolve complex troubleshooting issues while also providing guidance to apprentices and junior level engineer/technicians and monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards & specifications and perform overall quality control of the work.
