Internship Attachment under the Institute of Technical Education (ITE).

This internship focuses on various expectations:

• Demonstrate effective workplace communication.
• Produce business document using software.
• Handle payment and collection.
• Analyse data from documents and provide recommendation.
• Ensure accuracy of recorded transactions derived from source documents.
• Safekeeping of company's old fixed asset documents through filing, scanning and uploading invoices into the company's SAP system.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service.
• Responding to customer needs while recommending products that meets their expectations.
• To assist in replenishing products and to continuously work to gain high knowledge of various products sold in store.
• To maintain excellent store condition while meeting merchandising standards.
• To assist in inventory management when various stocks arrives and paste relevant price tags (RFID) on the products.
• To sell in-house Challenger Brand products or other products to customers while promoting and selling company's memberships and extending product warranties (if applicable).

Job scope focuses on assisting Night Service(NS) Operations under A&S Transit

Expectations include:

• Informing commuters on the brand new Night Services 1 & 2(NS-1/NS-2) providing them information about the route, payment methods which is only done with Ez-Link and Cash only.
• To encourage commuters to scan a QR code for feedback on our Night Service operations.
• Answer all passengers's enquires professionally with high knowledge on directions to their intended destination along the Night Service routes.
• Assist in timekeeping on bus stops to monitor passenger flow such as the number of passengers are boarding and arrival/departure times of Night Service buses deployed.
