- Assess lots that fail Statistical Bin Limits (SBLs) to determine the appropriate course of action for the material. Collaborate with respective engineering teams to establish or revise rules and instructions as needed.
- Diagnose and resolve abnormal behaviors and bugs in the Automated Materials Handling System through comprehensive analysis of event data logs.
- Collaborate with IT engineers and teams to resolve server-related issues, test system or database bugs, and abnormalities during testing that impacted manufacturing operations and processes.

- Develop automated Tableau and Power BI charts to enable the team to monitor trends in test floor testing and lot issues, identifying deviations and following up with Continuous Improvement Plans (CIPs).

- Author internal guideline documents to support the training process and collaborate with team members across sites on global OCAP changes.
