  • Develop and maintain NPW (Non-Product Wafer) flows across three manufacturing fabs, including a newly established fab, using the company’s IDE platform to support routine tool qualification and monitoring requirements across multiple engineering departments.
  • Work closely with Process, Equipment, Metrology, and other engineering teams to understand qualification requirements and translate them into executable NPW flows.
  • Configure NPW flows by defining process sequences, tool/recipe routing, metrology steps, and measurement items to ensure wafers follow the required qualification procedures.
  • Link NPW flows and corresponding measurement items with AutoMon to enable automated routine tool qualification and monitoring.
  • Prepare, validate, and implement NPW flows, ensuring all required process, measurement, and monitoring configurations are correctly established.
  • Maintain and enhance existing NPW flows in response to changes in tools, recipes, measurement items, qualification requirements, and manufacturing configurations.
  • Support the implementation of new qualification and monitoring requirements by developing or modifying NPW flows accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze automated qualification issues, including flow routing errors, configuration issues, measurement failures, missing results, AutoMon linkage problems, and other flow execution abnormalities. Identify root causes across NPW flow configuration, tool/recipe setup, metrology, item mapping, and system interfaces, and coordinate with relevant engineering and IT teams for resolution.
  • Serve as a key interface between engineering users and manufacturing IT systems, ensuring qualification requirements are effectively implemented through NPW flows and automated monitoring.
  • Continuously improve and standardize NPW flows to enhance automation, flow reliability, qualification efficiency, and engineering productivity.
  • Collaborate with the IT development team to enhance system functionality based on NPW flow requirements, including defining user requirements, testing new features, identifying issues, and providing feedback to improve functionality, usability, and automation capabilities.
