Regional Visual Merchandising Manager
SUPERDRY/ COLE HAAN
• To achieve and align global Visual Merchandising concept and its standards for Superdry across the region- SIN, MY and ID.
• Manage the working relationship with Superdry principles and facilitate the submission, review, and approval processes across the regions.
• Organize monthly market visits to MY and ID with VM Team, Operation and Merchants to ensure standards and VM consistency across the region.
• Conduct weekly store walks and review VPA checklist with local VM Team, Operation and Product, to upkeep standards and VM consistency across whole Singapore.
• Facilitate VM training workshop and share best practices across the region.
• Helped stores adapt spaces to accommodate merchandise within spatial constraints and inventory storage availability.
• Manage and develop VM executives and In-store VMs with regular training workshops toward improving key competencies and overall performance.
• Oversee and enhance overall window plans and store mapping for windows for the region based on seasonal directives provided by principle.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations and Marketing to align seasonal brand and ensure key product strategies. Plan shipment deliveries and schedules for new season launches.
• Oversee and enhance Mapping and Model Workshops for each seasonal launch and to ensure launch executions are completed in a timely manner.
• Liaise with third-party vendors/suppliers on production of window and in-store marketing
• Plan & liaise with all functions on new stores opening for both Singapore and Malaysia stores.
• Plan annual/seasonal VM budget allocations.
• Prepare monthly VM budget & WIP reports, Seasonal Recaps/Hindsight documents, and oversee essential administrative.
