  • Catalytic oxidation of coniferyl alcohol to vanillin by using Fe-TAML and hydrogen peroxide, The project is about a catalytic oxidation process to produce pure vanillin from coniferyl alcohol. Verify the rationality of Fe-TAML as a catalyst, control the dosage of catalyst and oxidants, find the optimal condition to maximise the economic benefits. Design environmentally friendly and energy saving vanillin extraction methods.
  • Deep eutectic solvent catalyzed synthesis of methyl sorbate, The project adopts the synthesis method of p-toluenesulfonic acid (PTSA) and choline chloride (ChCl) to prepare deep eutectic solvent (DES), and the physical properties of the prepared DES such as density, viscosity and electrical conductivity were tested.
