• Managed the strategy setting and development of Chevron USA Inc.'s global ADP across the USGC, Pacific and Atlantic Basin. (~5mtpa contract size)
• Collaborated with Chevron Australia counterparts to harmonize the global ADP with legacy Australian ADP to further monetize equity volume (horizontal integration with vertical value chain)
• Developed key ADP strategy to 1) ensure base flow to Chevron's long term customer, 2) optimize portfolio ADP value through schedule, margin and volume optimization (more than $50mil optimization value), 3) negotiated with customers for optionality and set up operational enablers for optimization and trading opportunities in the succeeding contract year. (up to $3MM/cargo value per exercised option)
• Develop ADP shipping coverage plan and collaborate with the Shipping team to generate best value for our fleet through schedule management and commercialization freight. (more than $18MM potential optimization value)
• Collaborate with traders to develop portfolio trading strategy - Backfilling SPA shorts, geographical swaps, structure play etc.
• Provide guidance to the origination/mid term team on strategic positions to grow and enhance the existing portfolio

Supply side ADP planning

• Developed ADP lifting programs at Chevron's Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) producing assets through consultation with the Operator, lifting coordinators and other equity lifters.
• Developed in-house analytical tool to determine a non-conflicting sequence of loading windows based on lifters' Reference Entitlement, Asset inventory and feasible berthing time and anything additional consideration under the Lifting agreement
• Strategized ADP mitigation plan against potential supply disruption during periods of production risk during the Northern Hemisphere Winter and Planned asset TAR.

Demand side ADP planning

• Developed LNG delivery schedules to fulfill sales obligations of Chevron's long-term customers,
• Negotiate with customers and optimize base ADP plan to maximise Enterprise PnL.
• Develop ADP delivery strategy to customers through the analysis of contract price, Annual Contract Quantity, contract optionality.
• Develop ADP delivery schedule to to ensure flow assurance to long term customers

Scheduler

• Manage and perform schedule optimization of the entire Chevron LNG portfolio i.e., maximizing schedule efficiency and enabling freight commercialization through consolidation of shipping length (estimated $40mil per ship 1 year time outcharter)
• Engaged lifters and buyers to resolve schedule infeasibility and potential failure to lift/deliver. (mitigate up to $8mil per cargo failure to lift/deliver liability)

• Conducted time charter vessel economic analysis and fleet coverage modelling
• Developed model to conduct vessel charter cash flow analysis
• Conducted in-depth study on time charter renewal decision (~$40 million impact) based on inputs of fleet coverage forecast, future trading strategies and potential asset lifting schedules.
• Developed prototype automated ship scheduling tool.

• Conducted demand and supply analysis on Far East Jet and Diesel market; compiling analysis on the Far East with other region's statistics to form view of the global middle distillates balance.

• Strategized Buyer tier list in Asia for the traders to capture under-priced market opportunities in the region
