When I worked as a Chinese teacher in my last company, the first company of my career, my teaching and working abilities were widely recognized by parents, students and leaders. So after working for eight months, I was promoted to the position of BUKIT TIMAH branch manager. During the more than two years of managing the branch, I was responsible for enrollment, classes, and marketing. The number of students in the branch has always been maintained at more than 300.

Later, I accepted the offer from HCL EDUCATION CENTRE and moved to a company with a larger scale and stronger comprehensive strength (now the company acquired MINDSPARK ACADEMY, the head office where I worked was renamed HCL EDUCATION GROUP, and I am affiliated to one of its branches, MINDSPARK ACADEMY ) has been working as a middle school teacher until now. During these three years, I mainly tutored secondary 3 and secondary 4 students. In the last three years, I have tutored the largest number of students in our work group. The students I tutored all achieved excellent results in taking the Cambridge O level exams. Every year, the ratio of students I tutor to get A's has always been the highest among the teachers in the company. Take the previous year as an example (2022): The national Cambridge O-level candidates I teach are divided into S4CL, S3HCL and S4HCL. Among them, 11 of the S4CL students I teach got A, the percentage is 48%, which is much higher than the company average Value 23%. Among the S3HCL students I taught, 9 got A's, a percentage of 100%, which is much higher than the company average of 72%. Among the S4HCL students I taught, 11 got A's, which is slightly higher than the company's average of 32%. Last year (2023), the candidates I guided to take the national Cambridge O level exams achieved even better results. Among all the students I taught, a total of 38 candidates obtained A grades in the Chinese O level. In terms of number and proportion, I taught The number of students who get excellent exams is the best in the company. At the same time, the students who did not get an A in their O-level scores were much better than their scores in school the previous year, which makes me very proud of my students! This year, I took the initiative to apply to teach secondary 1 and secondary 2 students, hoping to help them start from the basics. The number of students I currently mentor exceeds 120, and the number of students I mentor is the largest among all teachers in the company (more than 90 teachers).
