I like to get along with children. Their innocence and vitality fill me with positive energy and make me see beauty and hope. That's why I've been working in early childhood education since I graduated from university. I think every child is unique, we should follow the pace of children's growth, follow the pace of children's interests, stimulate and protect their curiosity, explore the world around together with them, let them learn knowledge through the way of play. We should encourage children more, use positive language to guide children, rather than blindly negative and stop them, to give children a positive growth environment. That's what I've been doing for so many years.
Although I have accumulated a wealth of experience and teaching skills in working with children over the years, I still need to learn how to get along with children from different cultural backgrounds. I am very willing to contact more children from different countries, and I am eager to learn more international cutting-edge educational concepts and teaching methods.
I believe we can satisfy each other and go both ways. I really hope to get this job opportunity.
