Goal: Single Protein Screen for the VP1 Target of SVV Virus.

Studied the relevant core courses and carefully consulted a large number of literature materials, Carried out systematic experimental exercises, such as WB tests, enzyme digestion tests, and so on, Completed a single protein screen experiment for the VP1 target of the SVV virus, including silver nitrate staining, immunoprecipitation, WB and virus vacancy assays

• Screening of Small Molecule Compounds for Targeting Klebsiella Pneumoniae MCR-1, Graduation Design, HZAU. 2022/09 —— 2023/04

Goal: to screen this kind of small molecule compounds to increase the susceptibility of Klebsiella pneumoniae to mucobacteriins sulfate and thereby reduce its resistance. 

Constructed the mcr-1 plasmid and transformed it into Klebsiella pneumoniae, Finished protein structure analysis, homology modeling and molecular docking on computers, Small molecule compounds with biological activity have been found.
