Orientation Group Leader (Yishun Innova Junior College)

• Communicated to each individual constantly even during lunch breaks and after school as well for them to feel more engaged and also to check on how they were coping with school and gave advice respectively
• Awarded "Best Orientation Group Leaders" for contribution to the school and creating a pleasant memory for our juniors

Economics Learning Journey Facilitator

• Supervised the juniors through their learning journey by guiding and helping them to facilitate their adoption of the right thought processes to solve their assigned tasks and missions
• Won a small prize for our juniors' group by completing the whole "learning race" as the 5th group out of 16 groups

Class President

• Provided information and services to students that needed academic assistance and tutoring, and managed to bring up class ranking from 7th to 3rd of our school cohort
• Led our class for annual sports events, allowing us to win 2nd and 3rd prize over the 2 years
• Fostered community within school by coordinating various social events for both students and parents, and organised various class celebrations and field trips

• Helped refine school's systems through monthly meetings with other council members to discuss areas of improvement in the school system and bringing them up to the principal and teachers

Singapore Red Cross Society (2019 - Present)

• Distributed fliers in public, and despite the initial challenge faced with passers-by avoiding us, successfully accomplished given task after learning how to reach out and communicate better by giving a succinct pitch
• Manned a game booth during the World Blood Donor Day annual event, where I explained game rules to visitors and also elucidate how the games is relevant to what our organization do and assisted the promotion team at the main booth at the entrance of the event

National Library Board (2018 - 2019)

• Read books for young children and conveyed effective communication skills to them and recognized the importance of the target audience during an interaction

Student Actor / SFX Manager (StageIT, Singapore Management University)

• Performed as the leading actor in multiple internal and external productions
• Swiftly learned to use a software (QLab) in less than 3 months to source for all the required sound effects and played them successfully during the production as a sound effects (SFX) designer

Dancer (No Limits Dance Crew, Northeastern University)

• Successfully participated in 2 performances that were open to public
• Effectively caught up with team members who already had experience in this particular dance genre by constantly reaching out and coordinating with choreographer to enhance and refine movements to properly enact intended vision

Theater Actor (Acting Out, Northeastern University)

• Successfully memorised extensive amount of script lines, being offered all the roles in every single sketch for our publicly-open comedy sketch performance, within a short three-week timeframe.
• Thoroughly analysed scripts to clearly understand the different characters I was playing to effectively convey the intended message to the audience
• Worked collaboratively with every team member, including our fellow actors, directors, and tech team

Economics Club Member (MPS, Qingdao Daewon School)

• Assisted my teacher in publishing a book by helping to write two subtopics using concepts that we learned over our weekly club sessions
• Built foundation and interest in understanding financial markets and investing, and learnt to interpret macroeconomic phenomena

Vocalist (Music Band, Qingdao Daewon School)

• Participated in several intra-school performances, where I had to work together with the whole band through rigorous rehearsals to synchronise with each other harmoniously
