• Training operators and coordinating with document control for production line releases. And managing project related documentation like WOI, product drawing(2D,3D) DFMEA, PFMEA, process-flow, FAI report, GR&R, SPC record and control plans.
• Participate high yield loss, and gather specialist to look into issue, conduct process improvement with several team members.
• Attend production down and quality notice to conduct root cause analysis with vendor to revive the target daily output.
• In charge of project transfer from China to Malaysia, lead the project and gather all the process specialist to discuss and support transfer activities. Including involved to logistic shipping permit workflow to prevent shipping delay and procurement team bargaining on vendor pricing to ensured that both parties benefit.
• Responsible to manage maintenance and facility team in vendor. Besides, also in-charge in production layout, rework station setup and infrastructure installation in vendor. In additional, working on equipment managing receiving, open box, ID naming, servicing and repairing record.
• Manage and collaboration with laboratory equipment calibration activities and arrange certified third party to calibrate equipment before expiration.
• Manage cooperation activities between several parties and departments, hence must control cost centre expense during transfer.
• Correlation and cycles time re-take once machine reach vendor and ready for samples build. Any discrepancy would feedback to procurement team if needed.
• Effectively working with various suppliers for consultation, quotation, tooling fabrication, quotation negotiation, review quotation, indirect and direct materials purchasing.
• Managed maintenance, facility, calibration team in vendor and distribute related field of jobs to team member. Be well prepare all time for smooth production and ready for customer audit.
• Understand regional/country differences, such as work culture, salary system, incentive system, quotes from different countries and communication with vendor salesperson.

• Weekly chemical sample collection for supplier lab analysis.
• Weekly auto dosing calibration in additive, carrier and acid dosing pump.
• Work closely with production line to arrange copper and tin tank new make up to reduced TOC level.
• Perform X-section defect analysis to find out root cause.
• Disposition Discrepancy note and provide CAPA to improve quality of the product.
• Provide defects information to previous process owner that not caused by chemical.
• Work instruction and FMEA update after frequency of occurrence, severity dropped.
• Perform 8D with team member to found out the actual root cause.
• Update process control plan after operation system upgrade or amended incorrect control range stated.
• Provide plating parameter to production for new part number.
• Test new part number and submit to IPQC perform first article buyoff.
• Briefing production technician the CAPA quality improvement and precautions.
• Liaise with IPQC Engineer to enhanced defect detection during buyoff.
• Trouble shooting with supplier to resolved the issue we encounter on plating line.
• Provide rework parameter to production for those failed IPQC buyoff.
• Raise remake part quantity for those sort and scrap product to fulfill shipment.
• Liaises with production supervisor and leader to enhanced throwing power of plating.
• Setup rectifier pattern program for high Aspect Ratio part number.
• Arrange chemical top-up with technician once obtain the recommendation from supplier.
• Participate Kaizen and LSS project.

• Design appropriate program for customize machine.
• Work closely with production engineer to check whether machine build accordingly the BOM.
• Keep study new PLC programming for further machine development.
• Follow the work flow chart and work instruction to accomplish the task.
• Machine Configuration before ship.
• Design electrical diagram for customize machine.
• Sourcing component according customer requirement.

• To assist Engineer during production line down to resolve issues.
• Work with Engineer improve manufacturing cycle time to reduce product cost.
• Improve product manufacturing processes yields.
• Review & update Process Instruction after found the error, ensure clear instruction to facilitate in production.
• Prepare all the product instruction including label creation, and verification record.
• Analysis and diagnosed the root cause to trouble shooting.
• Work with technician and machine programmer to setup a new product process or engineering change.
• Implement engineering changes to customer products and improve processes yields.
• Conduct Training to operator and technician due to new instruction released.
• Liaise with shop flow control team to update product route to add in new process.
• Liaise with tooling vendor to design and fabricate necessary tooling or fixtures to manufacture product.
• Participate kaizen or process cost reduction program.
• Received manufacturing feedback from production to enhance the quality of works.
• Monthly SMT profiling to ensure PCB reflow process parameter within the specification.
• Apply root cause analysis to resolve production issues to maintain quality of product.
