• Safe Management Officer (SMO), ensured safe measures requirement from relevant govt agencies are compiled and met, Part of Emergency management team for SMO, develop and conduct daily check on SDM & SMM, develop checklist on areas for SMM checks, Ensure required documents for authority checks are up to date, Set up communication group chat for coordination and responds., formulated SOP for ingress/ egress for employees, customers, vendors, deliveries, Develop action plans for emergency responds for person with covid symptoms, holding room, evacuate route etc, Liaise with local govt agencies (MOM) for SSDM & MM checks. • Optimization of manpower and integration of system (fire, lift, CCTV monitoring) with Certis Cisco involves manpower contract of $2M. Cost saving for the company.
