  • Expertly managed Unit maintenance effort by establishing daily work priorities, enabling the unit to maintain system readiness standards with full Mission Capable rate of 95% on average.


  • Forecast daily flight schedules in accordance with flight/maintenance requirements. Managing of MAC; facilitating between DSTA (Engineering / procurement / Project team), STEANS, STEDAS, NCS relating to system matter.


  • Unit Acceptance officer, raising of Approval of Request to Management for approval. Raising Purchase Request/Purchase Order (PR/PO) in Enterprise System (ES). Performing GR in ES and ensuring no late GR.


  • Assist Finance officer in managing of annual Unit system budgets/expenditure. Managing all Over & above and Firm fixed payment for unit.


  • Liaison Officer: Build & maintain mutually beneficial relationships, facilitates communications and coordinates activities between OEM, User unit, System manager and Specialist Unit flight. Tracking to closure of all components (about seventy components) that are delivered to OEM for repair services and track to repair return till GR completed.


  • Work out MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) for system. To identify system failures trending and propose to EWSC, AELD System Manager for spares top up considerations.


  • Project management: Point of contact for project related issues in-order to ensure that all jobs require for the project is met and issues resolved. Working with Unit/DSTA Procurement/ DSTA project Engineer/MAC in project discussion, working of logistic standard maintenance plan for project.

- Attached to 150 SQN (France - Bordeaux) in overseeing for RSAF Pilot training programme.


- Responsible and ensuring STEA FWP abide to contract agreement between RSAF and STEA AEROSPACE. Prepare and submit monthly report of STEA to Authority (RSAF HQ), ensuring all KPI stated in contract are met. Report of unsatisfactory performance if MAC did not meet any clauses stated in contract.

- Perform maintenance and rectification for Communications and Navigation and Electronic Warfare Systems on board the F16 and F15SG aircraft in both Organisational and Intermediate level (Flight level and shop level maintenance for ECM pod).
