I have been doing Taekwondo since young and have achieved black belt when I was 15, I still go to training to train my physical and will be training till I can receive my 3rd Dan.

I have been cycling long distances and short distances, some notable distance in my opinion would be my cycle from Bukit Batok to East Coast Park and back which was a total distance of about 40km and another would be from West Coast Park to Coney Island to Marina Bay Sands and back to West Coast Park which was about 80km
