• Manage over a hundred raw materials, ensuring control and verification of the MOQ and pricing before committing to the GSM/Customer.
• Implemented inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste & managed receiving operations and proper storage of incoming materials.
• Will also need to calculate the raw material and finished goods (FG) liability costs in the event that customers cancel orders unexpectedly, without adhering to the contract period.
• The total production is managed across 12 machines in this company. (3 Die Cut/Laser machines, 3 Labeling machines, and 6 Testing machines.)
• Forecasted production schedules and adjusted plans to accommodate changes in demand. Planned production schedules, taking employee production rates, company needs and seasonal changes into account.
• Will have weekly meetings and reports with the GSM/Customer to review upcoming demands, assess whether they are expected to drop or increase, and then prepare the raw material count and production schedule accordingly.
• Manage the production plans for 18 GSM/Customers to build finished goods (FG) and commit to shipments. The largest customers include Apple, Amazon, Schneider, Flextronics, and Micron.
