As Leasing Admin Executive, my role is to support the leasing business units managing the company’s tenants in the residential, business space and retail sectors. My job scope includes:


  • Drafting tenancy-related agreements and side letters for the leasing business units in a timely manner. Includes interpreting the various clauses, drafting special conditions and clauses variations etc.
  • Standardising and maintaining document compliance across the leasing business units.
  • Carrying out checks on tenancy documents to ensure compliance with company’s SOPs.
  • Maintaining SAP tenancy data for billing purposes and renewal of tenancies.
  • Maintaining Sharepoint to facilitate easy retrieval of tenancy records.
  • Digitalising tenancy documents via Adobe PDF and Docusign.
  • Facilitating stamping of tenancy documents.
  • Promptly addressing the leasing business units’ inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Handling confidential information discreetly.
  • Being the custodians for physical documents pertaining to the company’s tenancies.
