I am currently a volleyball coach and I coach Rulang Primary School once every week. Despite the lack of experience in this field, I was able to convey my message and my instructions to the primary school boys very effectively.

• Established clear benchmarks for performance and monitored individual and team progress.
• Facilitated group coaching sessions and provided individual coaching support.
• Trained athletes in proper use of equipment for safety and maximum results.

Furthermore, as I coach, I also learn how to communicate with primary school children and also learn how to discipline them in a way that they would be able to listen and process.

During my time in NTUC, my role was a cashier.

• Boosted customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly.
• Increased sales revenue through effective product recommendations tailored to individual customers. Especially during the peak season of Chinese New Year, i assisted in promoting and selling mandarin oranges.
• Promoted special offers and events by engaging with customers on the sales floor, driving awareness of promotions and boosting sales conversion rates.

Furthermore, I was given the opportunity to interact with customers of all different ages and personality. This experience gave me the chance to learn how to approach different people with varying characteristics differently.
