• Achieved 100% effective rate in Offshore Testing for 4 Business Critical applications within 5 months joining team
• Planned and developed training programs and coach control executors (WIPRO) to set new deliverable targets
• Continuous improvements on 60 IT Business Critical controls to establish effective processes and minimize business risks in 3.5 months across various regulatory and compliance frameworks.

• Global support on SAP application to users from Contract, Procurement & Logistics with oversight over 10 SAP subject matter experts across Asia to ensure Monthly First Call Resolution met beyond expectations and Problems raised solved within SLAs
• Project involved covers establishing KPIs in IT Upstream Business for continuous improvement and operation excellence purposes
