Tan Wan Kim

I am a passionate and dedicated debater who has proactively participated in many competitions, thereby acquiring extensive debating experience.

Alongside the students in NJ Debate, we wrote the cases for both Infernus Cup, which they eventually went on to become champions, and MIDCs round 1. We would constantly brainstorm on cases to ascertain the right direction for the debate, and I would always provide feedback after their rounds. To me, debating is less about claiming victory than it is to find a reliable community while always holding a passionate attitude to learn and improve. I have built rapport with the NJ students and look forward to developing their skills, talent and character alongside myself.

Organised IFTC (Inter-School FinTech Competition) which resulted in the involvement of 700 students, with 20,000 views amounting from the 10 hours of content on the learning festival.
