1) I have more than 12 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry Onshore and Offshore. I am mainly experienced in Load Testing and Non Destructive Testing. I am also worked as Operations Manager in Load Test/NDT and also have knowledge in IMCA Standards, EN Standards, API Standards, DS1 etc. I have also experienced in Project Co-ordination and Management for Onshore/Offshore Projects. 2) I also have nearly 4 years on Courier Service & Delivery experience, handling own route and handling a fleet of 10 drivers. 3) I have been in dry-clean company for more than 3 years and progress from being a driver, Sales Manager and currently as an Operations Manager.

• Conversant with the various aspects of quality inspection and maintenance of drilling tools, API casing, tubing, line pipes and handling tools.
• Magnetic Particle Inspection (Onshore & Offshore)
• Penetrant Testing (Onshore & Offshore)
• Load Test (Onshore & offshore) e.g Containers, Cranes, A-Frames As per IMCA Standards, EN Standards, DNV Standards etc.
• Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging
• Read, Interpret and evaluate test results in accordance to API, DS-1 & NS2 specifications.
• Managing a Non Destructive Testing Company (Singapore Based) with 20 Employees and meeting of clients to discuss scope of work and price negotiations.
• Managing an offshore operations and handle projects such as Shell Malampaya, ONGC India, Petronas Carigali etc.
• To ensure quality on all equipments send out to customers. To check all documentation and ensure all are done correctly before handover.
• Submitting reports to customers of all the processes of work done.
• Provide leadership and coordinate strategic business initiatives required to drive process.
• Responsible for preparation of project execution plans, review schedules and provides effective feedback to planning department for project monitoring and execution.
• Monitor budget and ensure the project is executed at an optimum cost and on time.
• Ensure HSE standards are complied and followed strictly by subcontractors.
• To implement and manage the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control System as per established project quality plans.
• To liaise with Clients and Sub-contractor on all QA/QC related activities, meetings and relevant issues.
• To critically review all non-conformance reports, defects reports; and then organize and manage the corrective action required to rectify the non-conformances.
