Campaign strategy · Lead the Cross Border branding campaign "Global Deal Day", work with cross functional teams to secure L1 marketing exposure and campaign mechanics based on market trends. Achieved a 7% increase in average daily order (ADO) and 10%+ GMV growth.· Designed workflow and set up SOP for mass campaign packages, enhancing platform resources for cross-border sellers and securing better investments from sellers, leading to a 2.6% increase in GMV% for cross-border campaigns.
Program management
· Lead MY/JP government fund projects, coordinating between local Government Relations Teams and marketing team to grow SG cross-border business. First market to receive Japan government fund, achieving 1.7x uplift in JPCB order.
· Drive business expansion strategies through developing workflow and deliver difficult projects to meet business needs (e.g., order growth program)
Process improvement
· Centralized campaign nomination processes that cater to 5 different country needs, handled >30k seller inputs, and 64k skus. Result 2x SG coverage. Sku count grow 4x. Contributed to 25% of platform order.
· Drive efficiencies through continuous improvement of process workflow such as mega campaign nomination offline process migration to online campaign management tool
Business Development, Associate Dec.2019 –Aug.2021 ID/TH Market Cross Border Warehouse· Worked closely with local overseas warehouses to monitor order fulfilment process and make improvements for E2E lead time and sales performance.
· Lead stock up incentive plan to drive 5x stock increase and 2x seller number uplift in ID market and promoted the successful experience to other markets (MY/TH/PH).
· Drive business expansion strategies through digging out business trend/change based on data analysis and providing sales advice to seller management team.
