.Collaboration between Singapore Police Force and DBS Bank, which allows various banking information (Bank Statement, PayLah, PayNow, Swift, Account Information)and CCTV records to be conveyed more promptly between bank and police, and enable financial crimes cases to be solved more efficiently, shorten processing time from 1 week to maximum 2 hours.

Exception Handling Service (DBS Bank) (March 2021 - December 2022)

.Through implementation of functionality, process to take loan requests, cash transfer requests, trade requests are shortened.

.Instead of manual work to get approval from various approves, documents are converted by Optical Character Recognition to digital, shorten approval process from 2 weeks to maximum 2 days.
