Singtel Ironworks (Client: Singapore Telecommunication Pte Ltd) Job Scope: Fabrication of metal cable tray, cable ladder, fibre drop & dismantling works of FDF rack, MDF rack and etc - To conduct site survey with clients, prepare costing with proposed SOR rates. Preparation of start work documents such as Permit to Work, Work at Height Permit, Method Statement, Risk Assessment and relevant documents for getting approval to start work. Liaise and coordinate materials and schedule with workers and operation teams to make sure there is smooth flow of work.

2. Mapletree Business City (MBC 1 & 2) (Client: Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust) Job Scope: Installation of CCTV at the designated area - Preparation of start work documents, discussion of work progress with clients, liaising with lift contractor (Fujitec) for the installation of CCTV in the lift area and entire lobby area. Preparation of handover documents such as handover list, OMM, as-built drawings.

3. PSA Brani Terminal (Client: PSA) Job Scope: Design CCTV pole and mount CCTV at the proposed area - Preparation of start work documents such as Permit to Work, Risk Assessment, Method Statement, Cable Routing Plan for CCTV, design of CCTV pole to match with their safety requirements. Liaise with clients regarding the documentation work. Liaising with procurement and operation team for the materials and manpower to start work. Follow up the rectification works and preparation of handover and completion documents.

4. LED Wall at Choa Chu Kang Stadium (Client: Singapore Sports Council) Job Scope: Installation of LED wall - Preparation of start work documents such as project schedule, method statement, risk assessment and submission of product catalogue. Liaise with sub-contractors and clients to ensure the job can be completed on time. Preparation of handover documents and completion documents.

5. Strengthening High Mast Pole at Singapore Swimming Club (Client: Singapore Swimming Club) Job Scope: Concrete Strengthening Work for High Mast Pole - Preparation of work schedule, method statement, logistic plan, storage plan, planning of materials to be used. Liaise of PE for the requirement and discussion to make sure there is no miscommunication occurred. Site visit regularly and supervise the work. Preparation of VO and deal with clients. Preparation of handover documents and completion documents.
