School Level :

• Supports students with special educational needs (SEN) by designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and external specialists to ensure holistic development of students with SEN.
• Conducts action research on intervention programs and specific support strategies for students with SEN.
• Leads in developing, implementing and evaluating specialized programs for students with SEN and support students with complex needs.

Cluster Level :

• Build capacity of teachers within cluster
• Coaches, mentors and build capacity of SEN within cluster.
• Assists MOE psychologists or LEAD SEN Officers in cluster-level and national level research on special needs.

Stakeholders Level:

• Plans and conducts talks for parents to create awareness and acceptance of SEN.
• Contributes to HQ-related activities such as training SEN officers and school personnel.

• Delivered engaging and effective mathematics lessons to secondary school students, fostering supportive learning environment
• Employed various teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and ensure student success.
• Collaborated with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and innovative teaching methods.
• Provided leadership and guidance to staff and students in maintaining positive and disciplined school environment.
• Implemented proactive strategies for conflict resolution and behavior management.
• Facilitated communication between teachers, students, and parents to address disciplinary issues effectively.
