Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize energy, water performance, and efficiency indexes across 5 power plants, ensuring resource utilization meets operational benchmarks.
• Collect and analyze data to build Power BI dashboards, delivering actionable insights to the operation and maintenance teams for continuous improvement.
• Track process steam losses, oversee Annual Water Efficiency Management Plan submissions to PUB

Achievement:

• Achieved a reduction in water consumption by saving 60,000 m³/year of NEWater through the recycling of reject water from the water treatment plant.
• Improved the overall efficiency of the water treatment plant by adjusting the operational regime, leading to better resource management and cost savings.

• Providing process engineering support for daily operational issues, including setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting the process equipment.
• In charge of helping with the optimization of process parameters on the injection molding machine to produce a minimum number of faulty products using KAIZEN.
