Attend day-to-day maintenance operations of the building facilities.

Perform facilities scheduled preventive maintenance and break down maintenance of the M&E, ACMV and Building services.

Perform Electrical trouble shooting and Participate in the annual shutdown exercises.

Inspect buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment regularly to ensure property is well maintained.

Assist staff with their maintenance requests and perform basic handyman works

Assist in preparing facilities for events and functions.

Prepare and Changeover power sources for Customer DC operations before Onsite LT shutdown on yearly basis and Reports submit to the clients.

• Lighting installation and maintenance.
• Trucking and conduit installation.
• Wiring and cable termination.
• Installed and wired electrical transformers, service panels, and circuit breakers.
• Performs other duties as described under electrician
• ACMV Control panel works & WLD.

Responsible for maintenance and troubleshoot the issues and repair when it necessary.

Conduct daily inception on site and identify defects and rectify.

Perform preventive maintenance as earlier scheduled.

Perform replacement on diagnosed faulty electrical including motors, relays, and switches utilizing hand tools.

Installation of electrical instruments and control panels and sensors.

Implement preventive and corrective maintenance activities as scheduled.

Performs other duties as directed by superior from time to time

• Mohamed A.Bo Sooda Est, in K.S.A as an Electrical Technician for 42 months.

• National Apprenticeship Certificate from Indian Immunological, as Electrician in 16-06-2009 to 15-06-2010 , Hyderabad.
