1. Empire Suite

Project Description:

• Empire Suite is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for project-driven, tax-focused organizations, offering financial and resource management tools. It simplifies workflow and workforce planning, helping teams visualize project financials and optimize task assignments through built-in analytics. The system is user-friendly, easy to implement, and integrates seamlessly with third-party tools for automated workflows and data synchronization.

Responsibilities:

• Owner of main features: Employee database & profile management, Performance evaluation & feedback, Task & milestone tracking, Project planning & scheduling (Gantt charts, Kanban boards), Time tracking & timesheet management, Budgeting & expense tracking, Workflow Management, Reporting & analytics dashboards, Workflow template & process management, task management, tax application management.
• Discuss with client to clarify requirement with the client.
• Deliver document write-up such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Specification Document, User Guide.
• Follow the progress and prepare the user stories for each release and Product Backlog.
• Develop Mockup and review with the client for new requirement.
• Actively participated in team meetings to share knowledge, exchange ideas, address challenges, and collaborate on potential solutions.
• Supported software development projects by defining clear requirements and effectively communicating them to technical teams.
• Support functional testing and develops functional test cases.

2. iWorkspace:

Project Description:

• iWorkspace is a comprehensive Human Resource software designed to optimize workforce management by streamlining employee tracking, leave management (PTO), and timesheets. The platform enhances efficiency, transparency, and workflow automation, ensuring seamless business operations and project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Role: BA
• Owner of main features: Directory Management, Timelog, Timesheet, Onboarding, Offboarding process.
• Collaborate with Product Owner (PO) and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Develop mockups and propose solutions for new feature requests.
• Interacted with internal customers to understand business needs and translate into requirements and project scope.
• Review and finalize business requirements with PO.
• Participate in Sprint Planning & Review sessions.
• Developed high-quality documentation to support training efforts, helping employees fully understand new systems and procedures.
• Create and refine workflow diagrams.
• Review database stored procedures and collaborate with developers on database table design.
• Conduct exploratory testing to ensure system functionality.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
