  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes for Singapore(6,000 headcount)
  • Process 7 Payroll cycles (New Hire, OT payroll, Weekly exit payroll and month end payroll)
  • Prepares monthly payroll summary report, Journals, Balance sheets and any other reports relating to Payroll.
  • Computes and finalized payroll with necessary reports printed for proper approvals to be submitted to bank for processing.
  • Monthly reconciliation for payroll bank accounts
  • Prepare monthly Cash Forecast to Treasury team
  • Involved in payroll processing and its related duties


Payroll Processing (China)

  • Liaise with Payroll service provider to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data is maintained (200 headcount)
  • Validate and reconcile payroll data processing including the calculation of wages, deductions, and payment of employees’ wages
  • Ensure timely submission Tax filings and statutory payments.


Compliance

  • Submission of CPF and statutory contribution
  • Ensure timely submission of all government paid leave claims (maternity leave, paternity leave, child care leave and etc)
  • Submits reservist make-up pay
  • Files IR21 for all resigned foreign employees for tax clearance
  • Files Annual Income IR8A
  • Regular review on compliance to statutory requirements.


Inbound /Outbound/ Expatriate Tax

  • Liaise with tax agents on tax related matters.
