Responsible for Cribmaster, Vending Machine operation support. Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance for vending machine. Managing Cribmaster Client system support to all customers.

Project site: Great Eastern Centre
Involved in AHU, FCU and ACMV maintenance and programming. Handling Building
Management System to ensure all system running in good condition. Programming, using
Metasys for lighting and air conditioning timing as per requested. Carry out checks and
coordinate with 3rd party contractor's work in common area and report the MA on regular
basis Involved in fire alarm servicing and maintenance works. P erform first-line
troubleshooting and rectification works (if possible) to General Building, ACMV, Fire and
Electrical equipment and systems within common areas of the building. Coordinate and
assist in the building daily operations, carrying out daily inspections and perform periodic
preventive maintenance. Provide front-line response to site management’s feedback and
complaints with regards to M&E matters should it be caused by common area facilities or
equipment.

Ensure compliance of the act 514(OSHA 1994),and promotion of safe conduct at
workplace.Ensure project site adheres to company and regulatory HSE standards and
guidelines. Attend client meeting and carryout worksite inspection and risk assessment to
ensure that occupational safety and health risk associated with work activities as well as
risk posed by machinery, plant, equipment, substance and appliance are managed to a
level that is low as practicable. Daily inspection on work activities and progress update

Handling product evaluation and diagnostic devices to adjust, test, and repair equipment.
Involved in the manufacture and deployment of equipment for automation. Identify and
resolve equipment malfunctions, troubleshoot machines, special programming, plc fault
works, calibration and machine maintenance. Work closely with engineers to troubleshoot
and repair fault machines, modifications to enhance the productivity of the machine.Perform preventive, scheduled, predictive, and corrective maintenance in order to avoid
machine downtime and output. Involved in two projects, Solar Panel production under
client SunEdison and Battery production under Dyson.

Handling of lab session for mechanical engineering laboratory and monitoring in/out of
tools and consumables. Responsible for maintenance and calibration of the machines and
equipment. Compiling new purchases and service data for the department.

Responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs. Conducted weekly
inspections on the assigned machines. Involved in projects held in the company.
Effectively utilized mechanical tools of the trade. Analyzed problems and offered
mechanical solutions to existing problems. Successfully utilized AutoCAD to design
mechanical equipment and parts.
