  • Piloted Development and Learning Support for E-Bridge Pre- School.
  • Facilitate teacher’s Briefing sessions by guiding teachers in the appropriate identification of children with developmental needs.
  • Establish the developmental needs of the child during screening by conducting standardized assessments for general development, literacy, language and motor development as well non-standardized assessments such as checklists, classroom observations, interviews, child’s work samples and in-house screening forms.
  • To collate and organize all information for each child and fill in the case notes.
  • Set up visual aids, equipment, and classroom displays to support teacher's lesson delivery.
  • Contribute during case filter meetings by presenting screening outcomes to the case filter team (KKH Consultancy Team, KKH Psychologists and Therapy Hubs), make eligibility recommendations based on data and information presented and identify service delivery option required for the child (Therapy package or Learning support).
  • Conduct support packages for child by collating and consolidating all information about the child and create Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
  • To have meeting with class teachers and parents to discuss IEP.
  • Plan and use appropriate learning activities, strategies and resources to meet child’s learning needs and pace.
