  • Responsible for Leading and managing more than 100 Projects of Mission Critical Public Safety Tetra /APCO/DMR/ MCPTT/ Fixed Video/ CCTV Networks across India and South Asia for customers like Police (Delhi Police, SPG, Mumbai Police etc) , Metro (DMRC, RMGL, BMRC etc), Airports (DIAL, MIAL, etc) and Oil and Natural Gas Industries (MRPL, IOCL, etc).   • Was responsible for 7 GSM-R projects, 3 Public Operators Projects and Few business development projects. I was responsible for MTNL 2G3G Expansion project for Delhi and Mumbai valuing $189M. The scope of this large complex project included Project Initiation, Planning, executing, monitoring and delivering them against agreed customer milestones and performance metrics.
