- During my training, I was the sole trainee in the team which had four partners at the time. This afforded me the opportunity to engage in and gain exposure to a diverse array of cases, enhancing my proficiency across various aspects of legal practice.

• Conducted legal research on areas of law including construction law, international arbitration and the law on defamation
• Drafted documents such as Letters of Demand and Without Prejudice Letters
• Reviewed and proofread various documents including Loan agreements and a Notice of Arbitration

• Assisted the firm's criminal department by carrying out research on various criminal matters and drafting closing submissions
• Attended court trials and took court attendance notes
• Assisted the firm's corporate team by conducting research on issues such as copyright infringement

• Attached to the 4 legal divisions of the AGC
• Participated in a mock Plead-Guilty mention under the Crime Division attachment
• Participated in an International Negotiation exercise under the International Affairs Division attachment
• Participated in a Legislative Drafting exercise under the Legislative Division attachment
• Participated in a Civil Advice exercise under the Civil Division attachment

• Attended court trials at the state courts and took court attendance notes
  
• Took attendance notes at meetings with a client regarding a complex criminal litigation matter
  
• Assisted a criminal trial by conducting legal research memos into matters such as gag orders and corrupt intention
