• Preparing weekly HR dashboards and analytics for Leadership Team and analyzing Demand and Supply for optimum utilization of bench resources including ageing bench. • Responsible for Loaning and transfer of the selected bench resources in the system and involved in Tagging and De-tagging of resources across various projects. • Setting up of new roles, responsibility & guidelines for the resource management team and designed the Bench Management Process document. • Coordination with recruitment team on various positions for staffing from external source in case no internal fitment identified/present and helping them in identifying the panels to take interviews
