MIS systems, Reporting & Analysis:

• Oversee end to end data management and reporting; ensuring data accuracy, authenticity, and timeliness using Salesforce
• Led implementation & training of Salesforce and best trade practices within the organization
• Liaise with the IT team for customizations, system design, testing and going live
• Handled user queries, resolve errors and attend to user requirements
• Review Sales Report, Rolling Forecast Report & Trader wise Performance Reports and give commentaries for monthly review
• Price Analysis – Track Indonesian Coal Indices for analysis, prepare costing for Blended products, sale price estimation of upcoming shipments for cashflow planning and for further discussion with suppliers

Commodity (Coal) Trading related duties & responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Business Development to send Offers & Bids to the customers
• Interacted with customers to build connections & nurture relationships. Liaised with the Power Plants for Tenders and pre-qualification processes.
• Track performance under long term contracts with movements in Coal indices to ensure profitability
• Prepare Trade Confirmation forms for new business approvals by the management.
• Oversee & Review Despatch – Demurrage confirmations and settlements

• Prepare Corporate Profile of the company
• Prepare coal mine teasers to introduce coal products to new & existing customers
• Revamped & designed the Company's website

• Data entry & Month end closing in SAP

• Bookkeeping using MYOB and Excel
