- Water flow switch troubleshoot, water manifold connection issues etc.
- RF CAL for the Equipment Rack Cables, before doing Strike Test.
- Troubleshoot if failed on a step in MAYAN, check schematic for which connection to check, use Digital Volt meter to find the right voltage receives, check the continuity to find any cables issue between pins, swap sensor to see the sensor issues, swap throttle valve if it has open and close issue, swap driver (Magnet driver, Hear driver(for bakeout lamp), Heater lift driver, shutter disk driver, wafer lift driver, etc.,)
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and increasing productivity.
- Syscon file merger & Defacilization & Shipout the chamber
- We visit customer sites on the first of every quarter to do these preventative maintenance procedures, by doing so, the metal deposition process tools can operate reliably, effectively, and safely, producing high-quality deposits and minimizing downtime.
