Led a team of Sports Officers to implement working protocols and administrative operational procedures in National Sports Associations (NSAs), enhancing work standards, governance, and systems for the growth of Singapore sports.

Oversaw the Major Games Preparation team and facilitated collaboration with the Singapore National Olympics Council (SNOC), resulting in successful selection and preparation of Team Singapore athletes for major international events.

Some of the key highlights to my career in sports includes the being a member of the organizing team for the IOC Session (Singapore) in 2005, inaugural Asian Youth Games (2009) and Youth Olympics Games (2010) hosted in Singapore, and worked at the Olympic Winter Games Vancouver in 2010 as a volunteer with the United States Olympic Committee (USOC).
