• Familiar and interpretation with international codes and standards with regards to quality control such as ASME Sec V, VIII & IX, ASME B31.1 & 31.3, ASME X
• Involved in the qualification of welding procedures and welders as per ASME sec IX and SEMI and specification.
• Verification of the welding as per SEMI F81-1103 for weld coupons.
• Analyzing and controlling all kinds of drawings for piping, equipment such as GA, P&ID and Isometric drawings etc.

• Preparing the ITP and PQP according to requirement.
• Involved in Equipment commissioning such as VMB,GC,BSGS,Mixers & Purge panel.

• Mechanical Equipment Installation, Piping, Material dimensional check of isometric/structural Fabrication drawing during Fabrication and Erection of Piping / Structural connecting to the Mechanical Equipment.

• Carry out inspection for Re-instatement.

•Responsible to review and check that all approved Documentation is available on-site.
