During my training, I gained hands-on experience with CNC Drive Systems, key to precision in automobile part manufacturing. I also learned the essentials of maintaining industrial machines and tools, ensuring operational efficiency and longevity. This knowledge is crucial for upholding quality standards in the fast-paced automotive sector.

In my mini project, I delved into Machined Chip Metal Scrap Compression Technology, exploring innovative techniques to recycle valuable metals. This work contributed to R&D by optimizing the reuse of resources and minimizing waste in manufacturing, aligning with sustainable practices in the industry. The project also emphasized cost reduction and efficiency, essential for competitive automotive production.

I focused on studying PLCs, HMIs, and drive systems in SME machines and conveyors. This practical experience enhanced my understanding of these crucial technologies in industrial automation, particularly in mining operations. I gained insights into programming and operating these systems, key to optimizing industrial processes.

• "As an Assembly Technician at HERO MotoCorp, my role involved comprehensive post-shipment assembly and preparation of two-wheelers. Key tasks included a thorough inspection for any transit damages, precise installation of the front wheel with careful alignment of brake calipers and axle integrity checks. I was responsible for setting up handlebars to the correct alignment and torque specifications, along with installing and testing the battery, ensuring all lighting systems and indicators were operational, and configuring the instrument console. The assembly process also entailed attaching side mirrors and seats, adhering to safety protocols. I maintained a strict protocol for checking and adjusting fluid levels, including engine oil, brake fluid, and coolant, and ensured tire pressures were set according to the manufacturer's guidelines. Chain tension and alignment were meticulously adjusted for peak performance. A critical aspect of my job was conducting thorough functional tests, including engine, brake, and electrical system checks, followed by a detailed test ride. This process ensured each two-wheeler was in optimal condition, meeting HERO MotoCorp's high standards of quality and safety, before being delivered to the customer."
