- Current
- The position requires to prepare accurate and timely Monthly Performance Reporting (MPR) by analyzing Monthly Management Report (MMR) for Asia Pacific Far East (APFE) desk, Middle East Red Sea (MERS) desk and West of Suez (WOS-PTUK) desk, Marketing desk, Sourcing desk, LPG, MD and overall MPR Power Bi, to be presented to our management
- To prepare monthly and quarterly board paper for PETCO and PTLCL for all the desk mentioned in above paragraph and to prepare Power Bi pack and Power Point presentations packs for PETCO Leadership Team meetings, Refining Marketing and Trading Leadership Team meetings
- MPR and Board Paper will be analyzed via actual numbers vs approved plan numbers for each desk
- Any variances are explained in detail for the ease of use and understanding purposes for our stakeholders
- To prepare P4R OPEX report for the management and this report will usually take place from Jun to November with various revisions
- Therefore, it will require us to always communicate with our departments and update our report to management.
Credit Risk Executive (Financial Risk & Governance)

- Responsible in compiling and consolidating 20 OPUs submission, to prepare a Credit Counterparty Risk Report which updates on overall Downstream OPUs (portfolio level) Trade Account Receivables (TAR) and Financial Institutes (FI) credit exposure on monthly basis
- This report is to be included in President Report
- Prepare a Detailed Credit Counterparty Risk Report which update on the Downstream OPUs TAR & FI exposure by segment on monthly basis
- This report is circulated to all CFOs in Downstream
- Responsible to prepare and coordinate CFO Round Table Meeting which includes preparing meeting agenda and invitations
- Responsible to prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and Action Items of CFO Round Table Meeting

- Involved in ad-hoc projects like CACTUS workshop and TAR prove of concept.
