  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of orders in M3 (ERP) and Sales Force after received complete and accurate document from Sales;
  • Creation of customer account for new customer and proceed with agreements creation in Sales Force;
  • For new and cash term customers, issue advance charge invoice and get GM approval to release if no payment received yet;
  • Ensure acceptance of work is received (e.g Signed Proposal or Customer's PO or Email Confirmation);
  • Follow up closely on orders/projects, e.g
  • Project milestone, off-hire date, extension (if any);
  • Process invoices on time;
  • Update and tagging of fleets and accessories in M3 (to show accurate inventory);
  • Prepare logistics documentation for local orders (e.g DOs/ permits/ gate pass) and preparation of commercial invoices for shipping jobs;
  • Coordination with logistics vendors, operation team on delivery/implementation schedule;
  • Coordination with customer on delivery, billing and all other issues after order is processed inside M3;
