• Define project approach in agreement with stakeholders.

• Prepare realistic project plans including scope, schedule, quality, risk, and communication plans.
• Track activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate.
• Identify, assess, and manage dependencies, risks, and issues effectively.
• Produce, validate, and publish accurate project reports and dashboards, and provide visibility.
