- Manages the Engineering department on daily operation and is responsible for good maintenance of the property. Supervises all engineering employees. Monitors work in the Hotel to ensure profitability or compliance with desired relationships and advise on the purchase of equipment.
- Troubleshooting operation, repair, build-up, maintenance of mechanical, electrical service, and general building.
- Oversee and direct all aspects of the Engineering Department.
- Ensure that all repairs and preventive maintenance schedules are carried out according to the schedule.
- To do the Hotel property and renovation
- Troubleshooting, operation, repair, and maintenance of MEPF system of Hotel
- To perform legal responsibilities: licenses & certificates required in place and in date.
- Ensure Interact, Open online reports, and Technician procedures are followed up and reports submitted on time.
- To negotiate, manage, and control value on hand & par-stock at the engineering store.
- Handle the recruitment, integration, training, assessment, and progress of his staff
- To manage and supervise all technician problems get solved- all difficulties repairs himself.
- Monthly report according to company policy, all utility consumption, staff monthly roster, medical of vacation leave correspondence, purchase request, store control, and inventory, set-up yearly expense budget, analyzing and controlling the expense, analyzing of complaints, log book and various checklists, handling of repair and job orders. Hold regular meetings or briefings with staff, and daily morning briefings with the General Manager, Residence manager, and other department heads. Handling green leaf project, handling safety committee, monthly meeting for energy and environmental conservation committee.
- Responsible for leading the maintenance, repair, and renovation of the mechanical and electrical systems
in the building
- Manage service providers to implement rectification works, and oversee all M&E upgrading projects in
compliance with building safety requirements and standards
- Responsible for operating and maintaining the building’s facilities/properties in a good condition
- Support the Opex and Capex budgeting process and tracks the cost controlling of expenses
- Coordinate with the HR department for the recruitment of technicians
- Manages the engineering department to ensure quality and productivity are consistent
