- Classroom Management: Create a positive and safe learning environment, and manage behavior effectively.
- Parent Communication: Regularly update parents on children's progress and communicate effectively.
- Individualized Instruction: Tailor teaching methods to address the unique needs of each child.
- Creativity and Play: Integrate creative and play-based activities to enhance learning experiences.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment, including basic first aid awareness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to coordinate activities and share best practices.
- Observation and Assessment: Regularly observe and assess children's developmental milestones.

• Close observation on the infant's wellbeing and routines, constant update with the infant's developments
• Cautions with the sanitization of the large group area and handling with the 3 meals in the day as well as constant checking of milk feed, diaper change and nap time.

• Maintaining floor apparencies of new seasons clothing and bags, positive engagement with customer of new in products and providing their needed merchandise
• Also, the restocking day of merchandise state (no dents, scratches etc)
• Ensuring the customer satisfaction by handling complains quickly and efficiently.

• Helping customers find a more suitable solution and get most out of whatever that's is available for them
• Achieving sales target of the day, recapping the merchandise point of sale(mostly watches' functions etc).
