• Assemble and mount LED panels (indoor/outdoor, modular or fixed).
• Ensure correct rigging, bracing, and alignment of the video wall structure.
• Connect power, signal, and control cables accurately and safely.
• Configure video processors, media servers, and control systems.
• Perform signal routing using HDMI, SDI, fiber, or network connections.

2. Testing & Calibration

• Conduct screen testing (brightness, color uniformity, pixel health).
• Calibrate color, resolution, and brightness to match venue and client requirements.
• Perform pixel mapping and alignment using video processors or control software.
• Ensure synchronization between multiple screens or video elements.

3. Operation During Events

• Operate video wall systems during live events or broadcasts.
• Monitor performance and make real-time adjustments.
• Coordinate with video directors, lighting techs, and other AV crew.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on the fly to avoid disruptions.

4. Maintenance & Repairs

• Regularly inspect panels for dead pixels, flickering, or damage.
• Clean LED modules and maintain ventilation to avoid overheating.
• Replace or repair faulty modules, power supplies, or controller cards.
• Update firmware and software for processors and control systems.

5. Technical Documentation & Reporting

• Keep logs of installations, tests, repairs, and configurations.
• Report damages, parts usage, and performance issues to supervisors.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management of spare parts and tools.

6. Client Interaction & Team Collaboration

• Communicate with clients to understand visual and layout requirements.
• Collaborate with event planners, stage designers, and AV leads.
• Support rehearsals and technical walkthroughs before events.
• Ensure that visuals align with branding or show content expectations.

7. Continuous Learning & Adaptation

• Stay up to date with new LED technologies and protocols (e.g., HDR, 4K, Novastar, Brompton).
• Adapt to different venues and configurations (curved walls, floor tiles, ceiling displays).
• Learn multiple video formats and control platforms.
