- Manage and lead a team of Technical executive in execution of preventive maintenance works, rectification of general buildings defects and ad-hoc maintenance repairs.
- Conduct regular weekly and monthly building inspections and identify services for rectification and repair.
- Liaise and work closely with contractors and vendors on new installations, maintenance, and repairs of facilities within the stipulated timeline and in accordance with contract requirements.
- Conduct regular checks and inspection on grounds weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly to ensure effective management of the facility, common areas including car parks, all M&E plants, fixtures & fittings.

- Plan and execute all license renewal promptly, which include annual electrical shutdown maintenance, building fire certification, lifts inspection, annual gas pipe inspection, water tank maintenance, etc.

- Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with all landlords, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
