- Coaching Fresh candidates in performing accounting entries in the ERP system.
- Played a key role in setting up a Back Office for the Entity, in 2016. The Back Office consisted of fresh and young graduates with satisfactory accounting knowledge. Constant coaching developed the team in accounting and on the required functions they were to perform.
- Coaching fresh candidates in Performing accounting entries into the ERP System. Over a period of 12 months, the back office team was ready to function independently and play a key role in financial whilst being physically stationed in India.
