  • Strengthen PCF’s position as an Anchor Operator and leader in the early childhood education and field through curriculum innovations, staff and children’s achievement in national awards / competitions / Early Childhood Education (ECE) Conferences and participate in research activities
  • Plan and lead PCF Sparkletots teachers and centre leaders on overseas learning journeys for optimal professional development
  • Evaluate and conduct enrichment and niche programme for appropriateness / necessity and monitor constantly to ensure learning goals and quality standards are met
  • Contribute to Professional & Education Development Division (PED) projects

  • Ensure that learning is supported by a conducive and safe environment where children can explore, experiment, question, acquire knowledge and skills and create new knowledge
  • Take on the role of instructional leader in monitoring children’s achievement and development and using data-based trends to assess curriculum areas for improvement and growth
  • Lead, guide, coach and inspire the staff to contribute their creativity, professional expertise, talents and skills towards delivering a curriculum that meets children’s needs
