• Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlements and Sub-contractors' payments

• Liase with Singapore Government Authorities and main contractor on BIM coordination & site meeting

• Read and understood engineering documents and redlined revisions to such documents
• Prepared AutoCAD shop drawings as requested by consultant and convert 3D model using BIM-modelling Revit and make BIM coordination & BIM submission (each services & CSD Drawing)

• Prepare of construction drawings, schematic design, design development and construction documents in either AutoCAD & Revit 3D modeling and adhere to company and client standards and requirement
• Gather and review data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions and guidelines, required completion schedule, and execution feasibility
• Selection of mechanical equipment under the guidance from a Senior Mechanical Designer, Project Manager, supplier or manufacturer's representative
• Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs
• Carefully checked works and executed them with proper co-ordination of works according to specification and as per approved drawings
• Deliver the projects on-time and within the budgets.
